Company Overviewimg

Neohydro Technologies Corp. is the exclusive licensee for the worldwide industrial applications of the Neohydro™ and Brinecell™ technologies. Neohydro Technologies, Inc. is positioned to be the leading service company for providing economical end-to-end water supply solutions for industrial clients globally.

About The People Behind Neohydro

The founders of Neohydro™ are environmentally-conscious innovators with extensive experience in a wide array of industrial waste water challenges.

Over 30 years of research and development has enabled us to bring a noninvasive, cost-efficient solution to industrial waste water management. By improving the way industrial water is treated, they will redefine the management, flexibility, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of industrial water supply.

NHYT believes their technology will perpetuate ethical and environmentally-sound business practices while substantially alleviating the growing water supply crisis.

Industries struggle with water supply challenges

In the United States alone, over 19 trillion gallons are used solely for industrial purposes. Typically these needs are met by transporting water from a nearby natural source and usually need to be treated for natural bacteria and other contaminates before they can be effectively used. Once used, the resulting waste water must then again be subjected to special testing and treatments to meet strict government regulations.

Treatment Cost-Prohibitive & Inefficient

Several industrial waste water treatment technologies have been employed to address the growing industrial water supply demand. While certainly beneficial, these methods have many constraints. Most consume significantly large amounts of energy and require significant capital and logistics to employ. Others are inefficient, capable of recycling less than half of the waste water, forcing constant resupply from a fresh source.

A Revolutionary New Approach Promises Cost-Efficiency & Renews 99.9% Of Water

Now there is an option that is both cost-efficient and eco-friendly. NHYT's innovative technology purifies contaminated wastewater and nearly eliminates the need for a fresh supply.

Using their patented Brinecell™ electrode technology we use high-voltage electrolysis to process and treat large quantities of wastewater, with minimal environmental impact and no added chemicals. Absolutely no concentrated waste is produced in the process, thereby eliminating additional waste disposal costs.

Water Supply Crises by 2025img

According to a 2000 U.S. Geological Survey report, the United States uses over 400,000 Mgal/d (million gallons of water per day). 85% of our water originates from surface sources such as rivers, lakes, and wetlands. Our demand for water increases by more than 1 billion gallons a day each year.

The U.S. Department of the Interior predicts water supply crises as "Highly Likely" by 2025 in the following locations:

  • North San Joaquin Valley of Central California
  • Santa Fe and Albuquerque
  • Salt Lake City
  • Denver and Colorado Springs
  • Arizona/California state border
  • Eastern Arizona region
  • Texas Gulf Coast and the Texas/Mexico border

Typical (Competitor) Methods of Treating Industrial Wastewater

  • Distillation (generates heat and high energy consumption)
  • Reverse Osmosis (loses 40% total water supply)
  • Bioremediation Sludge (creates concentrated waste disposal)

Technology

Testing Phase
Using a test sample of your waste water, the company can plan a custom solution for you.

Deployment Phase
Company units are compact and portable - allowing rapid deployment to even the most regionally isolated locations.

Brinecell™ Electro-Oxidizes Contaminants
Waste water is pumped into our units exposed to an electric field. In a process called high-voltage electrolysis, the chemical bonds of salt (NaCl) and water (H2O) inside the solution are released; producing ozone from water, monotonic chlorine, free radicals and hydrogen peroxide. All are powerful sterilizing elements that destroy all biological oxygen demand (BOD) or chemical oxygen demand (COD) organic/inorganic pollutants and biofilm present in the water.

Renewal of 99.9% Water Volume
The water is subjected to electro-oxidation long enough to destroy all biological and chemical contaminants. Trace elements rebond when the process ends - safely and efficiently converting 99.9% of the supplied water into acceptably regulated levels of chlorine and mixed oxidants.

Robust compatibility

In Traditional Treatments of Microfloculation

In addition to providing a single-solution approach to wastewater treatment, Neohydro can be incorporated into existing methods on a smaller scale for clients who are primarily interested in retaining their pre-existing setup.

Traditional methods of industrial water treatment involve managing the microflocculation (particle build-up) of chlorine which, if left untreated, can form disinfection by-products (DBPs) when excess chlorine interacts with naturally occurring organic carbon. Treating high chlorine levels in water to meet acceptable EPA standards of contaminant DBPs is time-consuming and expensive, often requiring multiple treatment cycles for a single volume of water.

Their relatively inexpensive Brinecell Infusion™ method can be used in pre-treatment of industrial water to substantially lower the levels of chlorine and DBPs before traditional methods are employed. Our compatible Neohydro application will improve traditional treatment methods’ processing time and decrease the necessary treatment cycles to achieve EPA requirements at greatly reduced cost.

Recent NHYT News:

July 13 - Neohydro Technologies Corp. Appoints Seasoned Petrochemical Engineer to their Advisory Board

Neohydro Technologies Corp. (OTCBB:NHYT) is furthering development of its proprietary licensed Green Interactive Hybrid System™ (GIHS) with GenesVettes. At present, the proprietary system is an after factory installation which significantly decreases engine wear and tear while maintaining the car's full warranty. This is not necessarily the case of most other technological enhancements with vehicles, as there are significant concerns about negating existing factory warranty protection.

This significant achievement has come as a result of extensive research and development, and working closely with General Motors (Pink Sheets:GMGMQ) via the relationship with Blade Chevrolet of Mt. Vernon, Washington and GenesVettes, of Lyndon, Washington. The GIHS system is well within General Motors' warranty standards and allows for full warranty protection to be maintained after the GIHS system installation.

Michael Kulcheski, CEO of Neohydro, commented, "The establishment of a relationship with General Motors, through our license partner, GenesVettes, and Blade Chevrolet, is significant to our efforts to install the GIHS on fleets of light duty trucks throughout Canada, as it alleviates any customer concerns regarding warranty protection of their vehicles. Duplicating this relationship with Canadian Chevrolet dealerships across the country and with other automobile dealerships and manufactures will be the key to Neohydro's success."

July 10 - NeoHydro Provides Corporate Update

Neohydro Technologies Corp. (OTCBB: NHYT) has recently acquired the exclusive license to the patented Green Interactive Hybrid System™ (GIHS) for all of Canada. Neohydro intends to aggressively market the product throughout Canada initially targeting the multi-billion dollar light duty truck industry. The Company plans to initiate its marketing plan by August 2009.

The GIHS is a unique turbo charging system for motor vehicles that dramatically increases fuel economy while substantially increasing horsepower, torque and performance with a significant reduction of the carbon footprint. Turbocharging is typically used to create more power, but it also helps to create more power with less effort from the engine. In addition to much greater power, the system achieves greater engine life and a smaller carbon footprint.

Michael Kulcheski, CEO of Neohydro, states, “the patented remote turbo system applied to vehicles, along with advanced tuning efforts boosts not just the power, but also the efficiency of the vehicle reaching better than hybrid economy numbers. Our future is bright as this exclusive license to the patented GIHS will allow us to offer consumers a less expensive alternative in doing their part in reducing carbon emissions into the environment.”
