Keys to Success
EXMD’s keys to success and critical factors to assure the desired growth in revenue and profitability of the operation are:
Marketing high-quality products offered at lower prices than the competition
Securing adequate funding to properly manage the company’s planned growth
Implementing comprehensive marketing plans and realistic sales projections
Maintaining sound financial controls
Capitalizing on the huge opportunities in the Wireless and Telecom Industry
Exchange Media is a pioneer of new media technology and innovation and remain dedicated to the construction of new digital media platforms that offer the best-in-class services for video in demand along with the ability to download-and-play contents for mobile subscribers around the world. Exchange Media Corp. has extensive experience in the development of multimedia video/audio solutions, as well as creating the technical architectures on which they function. Exchange Media’s XC Player will be the only service software of mobile ring tones for commercial use in China. The growth of the cell phone clearly indicates the movement of telecommunication power all over the world. This will drive the need for mobile software solutions that improve the performance and value for the public at large. In Asia/Pacific, for example, studies indicate that mobile phone sales are forecast to reach 472.5 million units in 2008, a 17.9% increase from 2007. Mobile devices are becoming lifestyle statements. Style will play a much greater role across the range of devices, driven not just by fashion trends but also by consumers’ desires to reinforce lifestyle choices.
Future Plans
Increasing device functionality and a desire for differentiation will drive simpler user interfaces and device experiences, which means EXMD will be improving UI competencies and taking into account how users can move horizontally across applications, rather than just vertically within their software modules. The company will target younger mobile phone users ages 18 to 35 as they appear to be more likely to accept new applications with stronger consumption and are already accustomed to mobile valued-added services. The XC Player will be designed to be flexible, allowing for future revisions as technology progresses and as users demand expanded functionality. There is a trend underway as the majority of Internet users are moving from the PC to mobile. What is important to note is that while the Internet was the most rapid form of new media ever, it seems that mobile is not only a faster source of legacy media than the Internet. Mobile is moving faster than Internet access itself! The potential demand for the company’s products will be significant as evidenced by their unique and advantageously designed XC Player software which stands to profit quickly from the exploding use of mobile value-added services.
Investment Considerations
Successful development and implementation of a business plan depend on several key factors: entrepreneurial vision, an experienced team, modern technologies, solid financial backing, and the company’s remaining consistent with its corporate objectives. The company’s strategic plan will be to capitalize on their powerful and incredibly smart mobile devices, which could literally be a “golden opportunity” for rich rewards on your investment. At the current trading price, Exchange Media Corp. represents a most compelling investment opportunity for those investors who aggressively seek the potential of maximizing long-term capital gains in a dynamically growing entity.
