Urban Care Share
The Alliance Auto Group Urban Share Program was created for the purpose of providing alternative transportation options to American communities and families. One of our programs will provide Car Share Access to all Military bases for our troops to make the service they provide to our country a little less stressful. Alliance is also working with Housing Authority residents, and surrounding communities across the United States to make available access to fuel efficient vehicles. The fleet will consist of vehicles produced by American made companies to provide sales revenues and jobs for Americans. We will place 2 or more vehicles in every location across the United States. The number of vehicles placed will be based on size of developments and other factors.
Example
Member picks vehicle up from parking lot at management office, drives to train station and leaves car at train station and off to work they go!!! The vehicle is now available for any other member in the area that needs it. When that member returns from work they find an Urban Share vehicle parked at station, stops to get groceries, pick up cleaners cloths stops at home and drops vehicle back off at community partner location.
Fewer older model vehicles on the road means less congestion, less pollution, less dependence on oil, and cleaner, fresher air to breathe. Some don't believe it's possible for car sharing to have such a huge impact. Dependable transportation is a real need and Access to dependable transportation can be very costly. Urban Share members could save more than $500 a month. What would you do with an extra $500 a month? In these times families could use any extra savings they can get. Each Urban Share vehicle will take at least 10 personally-owned vehicles off the road, Studies show that over 10% of the population is expected to adopt car sharing as their primary mode of transportation. What Urban Share does is make Public transportation a real option for those who don't want or can't afford vehicle ownership, but just need Access to a vehicle as needed.
Benefits
The Alliance Urban Share membership will create jobs and other opportunities for residents and local businesses in the community's where vehicles will be parked thru the need for up keep, maintenance, security, and strategic partnerships. Community partners like PCI (People for Community Improvement) have already committed to becoming community partners and have the ability to share in revenues from every membership they sign up, and receive bonuses based on the number of members and the success of the program from their location. Families will have access to a second car when needed without the financial stress of ownership. Job seekers now have access to a vehicle to make it to interviews and not have to depend on public transportation all the time. Don't have to always borrow a friend's car or ask for that ride!! Need a company car one day a week or a car for that meeting!!! This works for students, families, businesses, cities and communities!!!
