Mark C. Layton
Chairman of the Board, Senior Partner - Chief Executive Officer
Mark C. Layton, has been with PFSweb since its inception in 1994. As a recognized leader in the utilization of technology in business, his broad based financial skills and years of practical management experience have shown him to be one of the top CEO's in the country today. He is a highly sought after and experienced public speaker where his energy and style have entertained more than 20,000 business professionals and college students annually on such wide-ranging issues as web commerce, leadership, technology trends, supply chain management, customer relationship management, web enabled call centers, financial management and applying Christian principles in business.
In addition to being chairman of the board of directors for PFSweb, Mark has held board positions with several public companies, Mark also has served on numerous private and non-profit boards including GNWC, a wire, cable and networking products distributor; Northern Arizona University Foundation Board, Northern Arizona University College of Business Dean's advisory board and on a number of church and local club boards.
Mark is the author of .coms or .Bombs?... Strategies for profit in e-business, published in 1999, as well as co-author of an ongoing series of leadership development booklets titled Listen up Leader... He is an Associate Editor for the Center for Cycle Time Research at the University of Memphis. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management Information Systems from Northern Arizona University.
Michael Willoughby
Senior Partner - President, PFSweb Services Division
Mike Willoughby serves as President of PFSweb Services Division, responsible for the service business operations of North America. In addition, Mike serves as Chief Information Officer and Senior Partner of PFSweb. Mike joined PFSweb as Vice President of eCommerce in 1999, where he led the group responsible for the acquisition, development, integration and support of world-class technologies, and was promoted to CIO and Senior Partner in 2001.
In addition to his executive leadership experience at PFSweb, Mike founded and served as President and CEO of Design Technologies Inc., and served as President and CEO of Integration Services, Inc.
Mike is a native Texan and has been a resident of the Dallas area since 1987. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1986. He continues to be involved with several local groups supporting high-tech startups and emerging growth companies including STARTech Early Ventures where he serves on the CIO council and he is a member of the Dallas Masterminds Forum. Mike's outstanding leadership in improving overall business processes and his critical involvement in the sales and implementation of many of our large client service projects has proven invaluable to the success of PFSweb.
Thomas J. Madden
Senior Partner - Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer
Thomas J. Madden has served the roles of CAO and CFO for PFSweb since its inception. He previously worked as Chief Financial Officer of Daisytek from 1997 to 2000; acted as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Accounting Officer of Daisytek from 1994 to 1997 and as Controller of Daisytek from 1992 to 1994. Prior to joining Daisytek, Mr. Madden served as a financial consultant and audit manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. for 11 years.
Tom received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from The University of Illinois.
