Diverse Media Group, Inc. operates entertainment services across all platforms of distribution in the emerging digital age.
Diverse Media Group, Inc. is the parent company that emerged from the expanded range of services developed by the leadership of Diverse Talent Group, Inc. (DTG). DTG was incorporated in the year 2000 but has roots going back 27 years as a talent agency representing artists in motion pictures, television, radio and commercials. DTG is ranked by the LA Business Journal as the 10th largest among Hollywood's most influential agencies. Diverse Media Group, Inc. is building upon those years of experience to create a multi-tiered organization that creates content, owns and operates distribution channels, and pioneers methods of packaging entertainment products.
Diverse Media Group, Inc. combines more than 25 years of entertainment industry know-how and the relationships it has built up over that period into a powerful engine, forging into the media future.

DIVERSE TALENT GROUP, INC. (DTG)
Over the past 27 years, Diverse Talent Group, Inc., (“DTG” or “the Agency”), has built a leading talent agency, with expertise in films, television, sports, music, literary and interactive media. The Company’s vision is to leverage its dynamic agency infrastructure, as well as its immense capacity to provide talent agent services, to expand into complimentary business segments within the entertainment and media industry.
In Hollywood, the difference between a successful career and a floundering career is the talent agent. This philosophy is embedded in the DTG organization, allowing the Agency to deliver to its clients a dynamic service that simultaneously nurtures an artist’s career, but demands the professionalism and flexibility to adapt in a changing world climate. DTG thrives on being a competitor amongst the top agencies while still giving its clients the “boutique-level” attention they deserve. No other comparable talent agency is currently operated as a conventional business like DTG.
DTG believes its unique business model and management approach can be applied to other entertainment and media businesses. To accelerate its growth, the Company’s immediate strategic focus is to consolidate the fragmented talent agency business, employing the DTG platform to realize efficiencies and incremental revenue opportunities. With a growing list of talent through organic and inorganic driven growth, the Company can ultimately use its market power to further diversify into new segments, placing DTG in the top five agencies in the U.S.
Originally founded in 1982 as CNA & Associates, the Agency was later merged with Susan Sussman’s Premiere Artists Agency and renamed Diverse Talent Group. The Century City, California-based Company, offers talent and literary representation in commercials, episodic television, cable programming and motion pictures, in addition to project packaging and distribution. With a roster of more than 1,000 high-profile clients and a mix of developing prospects, DTG is a robust organization building on its foundation of talent-based commissions and television and film packaging revenues.
Its client base, a highly valued asset, from Academy-Award winners and top sitcom Artists, to “one-hour” drama directors, editors and producers, drives the power of DTG. This client roster provides the Agency with recurring revenues from commissions, as well as high-margin development projects for television and film. The Agency’s strong creative team has developed a niche in producing packages for film and television that will provide significant revenue streams in the strategic growth plan.

STRATEGY FOR GROWTH
Overview
Diverse Media Group, Inc. believes that the future of the entertainment industry creates the need for a holding company offering a 360 degree range of products and services which capitalize upon new technology and creative trends.
To focus on the business development of this opportunity, the Company has created a new operating division, Diverse Digital Studios. The goal is to build out from the relationships and expertise developed over the 27 year history of its legacy wholly owned subsidiary, Diverse Talent Group, Inc. (DTG).
It is the mission of Diverse Media Group, Inc. to become a premier provider of talent, programming, and content for all media. In the future, the Company seeks to own and operate distribution channels for this purpose.
Diverse Talent Group, Inc. (DTG)
The core business will continue to improve its revenue projections with the addition of key agents to enhance the potential of the firm. These agents will fall into two areas:
Literary agents to handle scripts and packaging
Reality expert- for expansion of unscripted, non fiction material
Packaging
The expansion of platforms for content has created a demand for new product provided by producers of content. Diverse Media believes it can achieve future growth through a strategy of acquiring a “packaging agency.” The agency will enable DVME to pitch projects and to participate in ownership of some of them.
Television Representation (non theatrical)
There are many single proprietor agencies that represent on air talent in news programs nationwide. Most have existing revenue streams, but little growth potential. These firms would find being part of a larger corporate entity a benefit to their growth potential.
Diverse Digital Studios
New Media
Viewer trends favoring Web 2.0 (sites powered by video) will create an opportunity to provide new content and to develop and own sites. Diverse Media also seeks to acquire or partner with companies that are creating internet based content and/or web sites that offer news, information or entertainment content. The talent available through DTG will offer unique opportunities for synergy in this arena.
