Genoil Crystal Oil/Water Spearation System

The Genoil Crystal 2-phase oily water separation system was developed to clean a water stream to discharge specifications. The Crystal 2-phase oily water treatment units are designed to separate the liquid phases in six stages located within a single vessel. Each stage is devised to remove oil particles of a certain size and renders the liquid cleaner for the next stage. This ensures greater effectiveness and manageable loads for each stage. Furthermore, it also precludes undue contamination and clogging of various stages by oil, resulting in trouble free-operation.

Main Features

  • Unique six-stage design for enhanced efficiency and performance
  • No limitations on oil particle size
  • Handles emulsions and oils with very high densities
  • Low downtime, maintenance and operating costs
  • Compact design for portability and applications where space is at a premium
  • Simple and reliable operation
  • Versatility for a wide range of applications
  • Quality service and assistance for specific applications

Applications:

  • Sand-washing plants, recycling of condensed steam in oil batteries, refineries

  • Oil platforms

  • Thermal power stations

  • Wastewater treatment plants

  • Reclaiming emulsified oil in steel mills

  • Bilge water separation aboard sea-going vessels

  • Gasoline/Diesel service stations

  • Cement factories

  • Salt mines

Genoil Crystal oily-water separators utilize a patented, unique process for multi-stage separation of immiscible phases with different densities such as mineral or vegetal oils and water, animal fat and water etc. An innovative separation process combines gravitational and centrifugal forces with surface tension and vortex effects prior to the polishing stage. A highly effective polishing stage enhances performance and minimizes maintenance costs and downtime.

There are no limitations on oil particle size, and Crystal separators feature a method for braking down emulsions. Thus emulsified oil utilized in steel mill processes is reclaimed and recycled with considerable savings. Sludge and solids are collected at the bottom of the first stage, which, in some applications can be fitted with Genoil patented fluidizing devices to facilitate disposal.

Through superior efficiency and engineering the separators are compact and easy to install wherever space is at a premium.

Company Chart

The GNOLF stock chart has been drifting lower since the beginning of the year until just recently when the DeepHorizon Gulf Oil Spill happened. Since that time their stock price has bounced from $.115 to around $.21 as investors woke up and realized that the company has patented Oil/Water separation technology that patented is already approved for use by the US Coast Guard. Their oil/water separation techolology as well as their sand and soil decontamination technology is poised to play a major role in the clean up in what is shaping up to be the worst U.S. man-made natural disaster in the country's history.

As you can see from the stock chart there has been a major breakout above the 13 and 50 day moving averages as trading volume as had a major jump on upside trading volume.

The MACD and Stochastics indicators are both in a stong bullish position and we believe that the small pullback at the end of last week we more related to investors not wanting to hold shares over the long holiday weekend than it is a reversal of the strong upward bullish jump. If the company manages to secure a contract to privide more of their sand and soil decontamination units and Crystal 2-phase oily water separation systems, this stock could go much higher than it is currently.

We urge OTCPicks.com members to do their homework on GNOLF today and take a look at what could very well become one of the major microcap movers of 2010.

Other Recent GNOLF News:

May 24 - Gulf Of Mexico Oil Spill Cleanup Solutions By Genoil Progress Update

Genoil (TSX-V:GNO)(OTCBB:GNOLF) updates its shareholders on its sand decontamination & oil water separation technologies. In a recent press release Genoil discussed its sand and soil decontamination technology which works alongside the Genoil Crystal Sea Oil Water Separator. These technologies address all the oil spill contamination emergencies in the Gulf of Mexico including the beaches, and the Louisiana marshlands. The sand cleaner can be portable and built especially to operate using salt water which makes it much more profitable. This portability and adaptability enables it to do cleanup at the location much faster than a non-portable unit.

The Coast Guard & ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) approved Crystal Separator's reduces oil contaminated water to 2.5 parts per million in contamination versus the Kevin Costner's brother's Ocean Therapy water cleaner which is said to clean the water to 97% to 99% purity or 30,000 to 10,000 parts per million contamination. The Genoil Crystal Sea provides the most significant oil contamination solutions to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill disaster. Mr. Costner's technology has not been certified by the United States Coast Guard regulations as its purity levels for the discharge of water in the ports, lakes or rivers of the United States are very substantially above legal requirements while Genoil's Crystal Sea is US Coast Guard approved.

The sand cleaner of Genoil can return the Gulf of Mexico's contaminated shoreline to a purity worthy of the most picturesque beaches, marshlands and shorelines in the world.

BP has shown interest in Genoil's cleanup solutions and they are in discussions with Genoil regarding the disaster in the Gulf of Mexico. Genoil is also in discussions with United States authorities as its oil separation technologies are the most advanced in the world for the contaminated shorelines. While this crisis develops in the Gulf of Mexico, Genoil is in discussions in the Middle East regarding oil spills from the first Gulf War of 1991 for extensive oil contamination that covers an astounding 800 miles of beaches at a depth of six feet stemming from tactical military decisions of Saddam Hussein which created one of the greatest ecological disasters in history.

The Genoil Chief Executive Officer, David K. Lifschultz, has been working in the Middle East supervising this potential project as other green projects entailing environmental cleanups for the area's ports using its Crystal Sea Separators water purifier and sand cleaner.

Genoil has the leading environmental cleanup technologies, and is in the process of rolling them out over the entire world.

Genoil has previously reported the allowance by the United States patent office of a patent on its sand decontaminating unit which has now been granted as a full patent, and has also just been allowed a second patent for this sand decontaminating unit. Its Crystal Sea water purifier is also patented in the United States. The Crystal Sea is the most advanced, state of the art water purifier and its costs are 75% below its nearest competition. Also, the Crystal Sea combined with our sand/soil decontamination unit offers a total solution to the monumental Gulf of Mexico cleanup problems.
