Company Overview
Cono Italiano, Inc. owns the North American distribution and manufacturing rights for Pizza Cono. This Pizza Cone is designed to be a drip free, spill free cone-shaped pizza made of proprietary dough and filled with freshly selected ingredients. The Company intends that the Pizza Cone will be distributed through the fast food market. The Pizza Cone will be distributed to quick-service restaurants (QSR), takeaways, and leisure locations. These establishments include typical fast food chains, supermarkets, convenience stores, entertainment facilities and sports arenas.
Sales of frozen pizza in 2009 were $4.4 billion making it one of the fastest growing categories in supermarkets and convenience stores.
Cono Italiano's roots go back to Milan, Italy where Spuntibreak S.R.L. and it's founder Marco Messuti created the "Pizza Cono" in 2001. The initial product was filled with cheese and sauce to create the "original pizza cone". Cono Italiano's Cones are made with natural ingredients in a Kosher and AIB certified environment. Cono Italiano is striving to become the leading "on the go" food manufacturing company offering Pizza, Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack foods in a drip-free and spill-free par baked "Cone".
New Manufacturing and Distribution Agreement with Interstate Caterers
In early October Cono Italiano announce an agreement with Interstate Caterers to manufacture Cono Italiano's line of frozen food products at their FDA approved facility in South Plainfield, New Jersey.
"We have a high level of confidence that Interstate will manufacture Cono Italiano's product with the highest level of integrity and efficiency," said Mitchell Brown, CEO, Cono Italiano. "They will not only serve as a manufacturer, but a useful asset in marketing and distributing our product."
Cono Italiano, Inc. will provide Interstate Caterers with a fully automated filling line to produce up to sixteen hundred filled cones per hour. The "pizza cone" fillings will include breakfast and snack fillings in addition to the traditional pizza filling creating a diverse selection of different pizza cone options for various times of the day.
Interstate Caterers will work in conjunction with Cono Italiano to expand on the company's existing product line and offer their expertise in food manufacturing and food service which dates back to 1987. The cones will be available for sale to Interstate Caterer's current customers which include their mobile catering client base, vending and consignment program with convenient stores located at major gas stations.
Corporate Strategy
Currently, the company has several retail licensees that receive empty cones from the company's bakery in Brooklyn, NY. Those retail locations fill the cones on site with fresh ingredients and the cones are baked on-site for customers. The company will continue to sell empty cones to retail licensees and will expand that base, but the company will also be rapidly moving into the frozen pre-packaged pizza cone market.
In the next sixty to ninety days the company will be coming out with new products that will be pre-packaged and frozen. The company has entered into a manufacturing agreement with Interstate Caterers and they will be filling cones at a manufacturing plant, to be sold in a retail package. The ingredients will be filled inside of the cone, packaged, and frozen. Then they will be sold to convenience stores and supermarkets.
Recent Cono Italiano Publicity
The company has recently had numerous publications write stories about them. They were featured in the New York Times, Indy Star Newspaper, AOL's Slash Food and Kitchen Daily, the Food Network, and USA Today.
How long can CNOZ stay this cheap with all this attention that it has been getting in the press and media lately?
The entire media food world is taking notice of CNOZ. The media attention will likely only continue to build and as it does the CNOZ stock price is likely to follow moving up and up!
CNOZ's Pizza Cono is a long overdue product that's been needed in the US market place for a long time. It will become a smash hit here in the US as it is doing in Europe. It's the perfect to-go food for the car and elsewhere. Pizza is America's favorite food, and until now, it was too messy, difficult, and even dangerous to eat on the go and on the road. CONZ and Pizza Cono is changing all that and the media is quickly realizing it. CONZ is the next big thing in food!

CNOZ Investment Summary:
If you look at CNOZ this very instant from a pure revenue standpoint this company is in its infancy. The company invested two years ago to acquire the North American distribution and manufacturing rights for Pizza Cono and have been working to improve the product, develop their cone which will be the basis of all their products both fresh and frozen moving forward.
Prior to this product there has really been very few options to be able to eat pizza type products on the go. You can't drive and eat a slice of pizza so the pizza cone will satisfy a need in the market and based on sales of similar product in Europe for the last 9 years this is bound to be a hit here in the US as well.
Cono Italiano has launched a new manufacturing operation with Interstate Caterers to begin manufacturing and distributing pre-packaged frozen pizza cone based products for a variety of different food type product including breakfast cones, pizza cones, mexican style meal cones, dessert cones, and more.
We think it is just a matter of time before this company explodes onto the market in a big way as they branch out and garner more retail, convenience store and fast food outlets for their products. And as some of the articles have mentioned they also well positioned for food products at State Fairs, Lunch Catering products, Lunch Mobiles, and street vendor food as well.
Put CNOZ on your watchlists today and do your own homework. Keep an eye out for more news coming out from the company. Their recent media coverage is likely just the beginning and we think they will likely be coming out with more announcements of new products and new distribution partners in the very near future.

October 12 - Cono Italiano's Pizza Cone Craze Catches on With USA Today Readers
Cono Italiano, Inc. (OTCBB: CNOZ), the exclusive license holder for the North American Distribution and Manufacturing rights for "Pizza Cono," a one-of-a-kind, drip-free, cone-shaped pizza made from proprietary dough, was recently highlighted in a USA Today article titled, "Have You Ever Had a Pizza Cone?"
As Cono Italiano gears up to meet the massive demand for its delicious, nutritious and versatile pizza cone product, a handful of lucky retail destinations, like Pino Gelato in Hilton Head, SC sell the popular pizza cone. As the USA Today article explains, "The Pino Gelato website says the cones are a recent menu addition at some of the nine Pino Gelatos in the USA and that they have been available in Italy and parts of Asia. The cone is a special flaky dough with a sealed bottom that is filled with a variety of ingredients, such as cheese, sauce and toppings. The individual cones are prepared fresh daily and baked in a special pizza cone oven. The appeal is that you can eat them with one hand and they are designed not to leak."
"We're a society that eats on the go and drives while we eat," said Ramona Fantini, owner of Pino Gelato. Fantini knows of other places that offer different pizza cones but says hers are based on the authentic creation from Italian company Cono Italiano. Fantini also reminds USA Today readers that "cones can be stuffed with pizza toppings, cheese -- even barbecue or caesar salad."
